To enable the ski to absorb speed on the slope, the ski base needs a corresponding structure. This makes the ski not only faster, but also more revving and directionally stable. In the ski service workshop, therefore, a base structure is usually ground on the ski base via stone grinding in accordance with the snow conditions. However, as the stone grinding technology only allows straight cuts, the structural possibilities are limited.
Reichmann LS-1 RACE revolutionizes the structure grinding in the ski service
Reichmann Ski & Board Tuning therefore developed the first laser structure machine for skis that overcomes the limits of traditional stone grinding. The innovative laser technology of the LS-1 RACE realizes any structural form - even letterings can be applied on the ski base. Sports retailers and rental companies can provide your skis with an individual branding or protect them against theft. In addition, the exact laser structures offer new opportunities for professional racing.
The new development was presented to the trade public for the first time at the sports fair ISPO in Munich and was received with great enthusiasm. From the 8th to the 10th of May sports retailers and ski rental companies will again have the chance to discover the LS-1 RACE live at Interalpin in Innsbruck at the Reichmann booth F9.
