Reichmann & Sohn GmbH said goodbye to Johann Konrad on 30.03.2023 in his well-deserved retirement. The esteemed colleague and employee had been working in the assembly of the company for 48 years.

Johann Konrad started his professional career in 1975 at the medium-sized family business Reichmann & Sohn GmbH in Weissenhorn. During his 48 years with the company, he worked under the leadership of three generations of managing directors of the family business. After completing his apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, Johann Konrad later trained as a master craftsman and took on a wide range of tasks in the assembly of grinding and cutting machines for the Casting Finishing division, as well as in the ski service area.

Not only does Johann Konrad enjoy travelling in his private life, he also got to know the world during his job at various machine deliveries. With assignments abroad at Caterpillar in the USA and Mexico, at the Atlantis Foundry near Cape Town or at Ford in Australia, Johann Konrad has seen various different places. Among others, he also worked for Reichmann & Sohn GmbH in Thailand, China and Brazil and gained a lot of experience.

The management expressed its sincere thanks to Johann Konrad for his many years of loyalty to the company and his outstanding commitment over the years and wishes the retiring employee good health and all the best for his retirement.
