Four new trainees began their training at Reichmann & Sohn GmbH on September 1, 2025. The family-owned company is thus continuing its long tradition of offering young people practical training and a wide range of prospects for the future.

The young professionals are starting out in the professions of industrial clerk, industrial mechanic, and mechatronics engineer. At the start of their training, the new colleagues were not only welcomed by the management and trainers, but also actively accompanied by the current trainees. Each newcomer is assigned a mentor from the second or third year of training, who provides support during the induction period, answers questions, and acts as a personal contact person in everyday life.

During the official welcome, Managing Director Stefan Reichmann emphasized the special importance of training: "Training is an important foundation for your future career. We have several examples in the company of how former trainees have developed with us – whether as sales managers, technicians, or in other positions of responsibility. With motivation and initiative, all doors are open to our trainees at Reichmann."

Reichmann & Sohn attaches great importance to hiring trainees after their training. Young people are offered long-term prospects to contribute their talents and help shape the future of the company together. 

On the first day, the trainees were greeted with a varied program including introductions, icebreaker games, a practical company rally, and a barbecue. This allowed them to get to know the team up close and gain an insight into the various areas of the company.
