Proven training concept in small groups
To guarantee a maximum learning effect, the participants are divided into small groups according to their personal knowledge level. This way, a participation is useful for beginners as well as advanced service staff. The basic workshop teaches the relevant basic knowledge for all ski service beginners in theory and practice. The two thematic workshops on 11 and 12 October consist of different selectable topics. The participants can test the tips of the service experts manually on the ski or board and are trained to use the service machines professionally.
Professional trainers from the ski service business
The long-term Reichmann-partner Matthias Fleissner, who prepares the skis of the ski cross team in the German ski association since 2012 on world cup level, as well as Christian Schmidl from Snowboard Germany show the participants the basics and professional knowledge for perfect ski and board service. Moreover, Roberto Moling from ski service PIC.ANT will give interesting input to the topic "transparent price-performance offer" in ski service. On top of that, the Reichmann service manager Siegfried Ersing is available for the training on the Reichmann machines.
