Reichmann presents solutions for sustainable and efficient ski service at ISPO

Sustainability, environmental protection, energy shortages and staff shortages are currently important topics in the winter sports industry. With the Glide Master applicator for the environmentally friendly ski wax alternative GigaGlide and the Slope Master service robot, Reichmann presented several efficient solutions for the current challenges of the industry at this year's ISPO Munich. Visitors could also discover a trade show premiere at the booth.

With a new date in November, ISPO in Munich offered a successful restart for a personal reunion of the sports industry. Numerous national and international guests took the opportunity to check out the latest developments in the ski service sector at the Reichmann booth. When developing new products, Reichmann focuses on offering solutions for the current challenges of customers and making ski service even easier, better and more efficient.

The Slope Master also relieves the service staff in small & medium-sized businesses

"The shortage of skilled workers is also becoming apparent among our customers. With the Slope Master, we have therefore developed a compact, automated machine that also offers a very attractive entry into automation for small or medium-sized businesses and reduces the workload on staff," says Frederik Klingenstein, Sales Manager at Reichmann Ski & Board Tuning. The Slope Master visualizes the processes that the machine performs, enabling very simple operation and high-quality, reproducible results. In addition, the machine offers the possibility to work with different zones for pre-grinding and finishing in parallel on the grinding stone. Thus, the Slope Master achieves the efficiency and performance of an automatic machine with multiple grinding stones and saves a lot of space in the workshop.

GigaGlide in response to energy shortages and environmental protection

With GigaGlide, Reichmann offers an environmentally friendly replacement for fluorine wax and kerosenes. The water-based product with biodegradable ingredients ensures very good gliding properties at all snow conditions. At ISPO, Reichmann presented the new enhanced formula GigaGlide Service 2.0 for application in the workshop. The new product impresses with a significantly improved "wax-like" appearance without creating any disadvantages in terms of performance and application. Instead of a wax machine that consumes electricity, the Reichmann Glide Master is used as an applicator to apply GigaGlide in the workshop. There is no heat, no dust, and no fumes, making it absolutely comfortable to work with. Good for health, the wallet and the environment.
